What's new for 2019
The Nordic sits right at the foot of El Tarter's slopes for ski-in ski-out convenience and is also just a stone's throw from the lifts.
When you first walk into the Hotel Nordic, you'll be greeted by a stunning collection of vintage cars and motorbikes. Beyond a 1920s Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, you'll find an impressive atrium with glass roof and comfortable seating – ideal for using the free Wi-Fi and catching up at the end of the day.
The hotel's wellness facilities are free to all guests and include an indoor pool, hot tub and steam room. There's also a fitness room if you feel like you want to fit in some exercise that isn't purely based on the mountain!
There's a relaxing bar and comfy lounge area for making the most of your downtime. You'll find free Wi-Fi in the public areas, and if you're looking for something to do in the evening, why not try out the games room or bowling alley? The hotel's ski lockers are free to use and the equipment hire shop is located just next door.

El Tarter is home to one of the best native English speaking ski schools in Europe. They’ll transform nervous beginners into confident skiers and boarders in no time. The speedy and advanced can also choose from a range of classes and clinics, all set in the fantastic, 210km Grandvalira area.
The wonderful range of blues and reds as well as some world-class black slopes are all expertly maintained and the safe terrain make this perfect for exploring on your own or with a guide.
Off the mountain, El Tarter has a more laid back feel with just a couple of après and night time bars and restaurants. Alternatively, head to our very own Neilson Hotel del Clos bar for a fantastic atmosphere.
