Thanks again for choosing Neilson for your winter holiday, we're looking forward to seeing you in the French Alps soon!
We've pulled together some handy tips and facts to help get your holiday off to the best start possible. As always, if you do have any questions or queries before you go, feel free to email admin@neilson.com or give us a call on 0333 014 3352.
When you land at Turin airport...
Once you've stretched your legs and cleared customs, head to baggage reclaim. You'll find baggage conveyors and toilets if needed.
After grabbing your bags, head to the arrivals hall and look for Neilson reps wearing a dark grey and turquoise jacket with an orange 'N' on the back. They'll probably be armed with a clipboard, also with an orange 'N'.
Let your rep know your names and which resort you're heading to (that's what the clipboard is for) and they'll direct you to your transfer coach (generally, no more than 300m from the terminal).
Your Neilson transfer rep will hand you your 'Welcome Pack', so all that remains is to sit back, get comfy, have a read of your Welcome Pack and enjoy the scenery, we'll take care of the rest.
Top tips...
- Take some snacks & water to keep you going
- Be prepared for a queue or two, it's busy at Turin!
- Take a €1 coin (non-refundable) for the luggage trolley
- There's not always enough trolleys, so grab one quick!
- Ski/board kit arrives on a conveyor next to conveyor 1
Ski & board extras
If you haven’t already pre-booked your lift pass, equipment hire or tuition, there’s still time.
Book your passes with us and we'll deliver them to you before your first morning on the mountain. Book your kit hire with us and know that our suppliers have the best range of kit, the best located shops and the best service.
And as we only work with the best ski and snowboard schools offer in the resort, you know you're getting the best coaching possible.
What you'll find in your welcome pack...
While we're whisking you through the mountains, have a read of your welcome pack. It's a handy guide with all the info you'll need, such as contact details for your Neilson resort team and an invite to your 'Snow Brief' with its time and location.
You'll also find a resort piste map, some handy info on the first 24 hours if it's your first ski or snowboard holiday, your equipment hire or tuition vouchers if you have pre-booked these. There will also be details of tuition times and where to meet.
If you’ve pre-booked your lift pass, this will either be in your pack or handed to you at your Snow Brief, but feel free to ask the Neilson team any questions you may have whilst on your way to resort.
