Ski & Snowboard Resorts

The hotel was well positioned with good size rooms and excellent facilities. The pool and spa were great. However, it was the staff that really made it - the 'Messini Crew' worked brilliantly as a team providing attentive service with a smile. Add to that perfect snow conditions, sunshine, extensive ski area and some great guiding, what's not to like.

Having stayed in a privately owned chalet for the last 4 years, we were slightly apprehensive about booking a "package" ski Holiday.
We needn't have worried. Neilson run Chalet Hotel Edelweiss in Sauze d'Oulx far outweighed our expectations.
Neilson staff without any exceptions were fabulous. The breakfast was substantial with a vast choice of continental items and daily cooked specials. Afternoon tea when we came off the slopes was always a treat and kept hunger away until the 4 course evening meal on 6 nights.
A great variety of traditional Italian meals was served throughout the week, keeping 6 hungry fellas smiling and very satisfied. The unlimited (during starters and mains) house wine was very acceptable and surpassed many provided in an organised wine tasting event in Sauze during the week.
Fabulous resort for intermediate skiers, with ski away and to the hotel.
We'll done Neilson. Wouldn't hesitate to book with you again.
