How to claim your resort credit
When booking your next Beach Club holiday, simply enter the booking reference from the Beach Club holiday you’ve recently returned from as the promotion code at checkout. If you’re booking by phone, just quote the reference to our team. Please note: resort credit isn’t applied automatically, so make sure you add it at the time of booking.

Welcome Home Resort Credit
A resort credit of €60 per person, for all guests aged 2 and over, will be applied when making a Neilson Beach Club booking for Summer 2027. The offer is valid for those returning from a holiday in Summer 2026 and booking within 4 weeks of their return date. The credit will apply to holidays of 7 nights or longer, departing between 30th April 2027 and 30th November 2027. It does not apply to short breaks or sailing holidays.
For holidays to Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude, £60 per person resort credit will apply to holidays of 7 nights or longer, departing within the next 12 months.
Resort credit will be deducted from the final bill in resort and cannot be redeemed against diving, photography, excursions, items purchased in the resort shop, or any applicable room and tourist taxes.
Apply your exclusive promotion code, which is your current holiday booking reference, when on the holiday payment page of our website www.neilson.co.uk or quote the code via the Neilson call centre to receive the resort credit. The welcome home offer is not combinable with any other discounts or offers. Neilson reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
