Close to the resort centre and just 300m from the ski lifts, the Ibiza is a stylish place with great size rooms and very inviting public spaces. The style is vibrant and interesting with Britpop wall art and cool features such as Monopoly boards built in to the bar tables.
There's a large sun terrace with pretty impressive views over the Ecrins National Park, ideal for a relaxing après drink. The pool and small spa area will definitely help you to relax after a day on the slopes too.
Nearest lift - 300m to Venosc, 400m to Diable
Equipment hire shop - 800m (includes free storage for kit hired through Neilson)
Tuition meeting point - 400m (top of Diable lift)
Resort centre - 500m
A great example of an all-rounder. Long hours of sunshine (when it's not snowing) and snowsure slopes certainly help, but Les Deux Alpes is all about the variety of things to do, both on and off the mountain.
A superb resort for families (one of our top 10), groups and all standards of skier or boarder. Beginner slopes near the resort and on the glacier make it a great place to learn whilst enjoying the glorious mountains rising up all around you. Intermediates have plenty of choice while experts should hire a guide and test their freeriding ability on the legendary off-piste runs of ominously name La Grave.
The resort is large and well laid out with two main roads; one in, one out. Along each road you'll come across an excellent range of sports shops, gift shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. The après-ski is as lively as you want it to be with over 40 bars, restaurants and nightclubs on your doorstep.
