Great chalet, great Neilson team. Room was good size with a great view over Face de Belvard, food great..... and it's in Val D'Isere which is a fantastic ski/boarding area.

With not just one but two glaciers in the area (Glacier du Pisaillas in Val and the Grande Motte in Tignes), you're guaranteed snow for your holiday.
Packed full of bars, restaurants and clubs including the infamous Folie Douce, you'll find plenty to keep you smiling on and off the slopes. The village itself is a mix of old and new with plenty of snowy streets and coffee shops.

On the mountain
Set high up in the mountains and with fantastically varied terrain spanning 300km, most of Val d’Isère‘s lifts are long and rapid meaning you spend more time actually having fun rather than queuing up!
This is an intermediate and advanced-level paradise. There's a seemingly endless amount of runs and plenty of easily accessible off-piste so get ready to work those leg muscles! With two glaciers in the area (try doing both in a day), you're guaranteed snow so there's nothing to stop you from covering the miles.
The 10-person gondola from La Daille means access to the ski area from Neilson Hotel La Tovière is easy. With their super-central location in the heart of Val d'Isère, both Hotel & Spa Le Savoie and Hotel Ducs de Savoie give you direct access via the Olympique and Solaise Gondola's to the immense ski area of Val d'Isère and beyond.

When not skiing check out the Centre Aquasportif with its beach world (leisure pool, river currents, water cannons), spa world (saunas, steam baths), sports world (climbing walls, weights room) and well-being world for massage and beauty treatments.
