Sitting right on the main square in Sauze, you couldn't pick a better hotel to make the most of this vibrant ski town. There are no frills in the San Giorgio, but the owners will always give you a warm welcome and there's a laid-back bar where you can enjoy a few après drinks after a day in the massive ski area.
Head to the hotel's restaurant for local specialities which are served up throughout the week. A particular treat is the hotels very own pizzeria for a taste of authentic Italy.

Sauze d'Oulx sits at the northern end of the huge Milky Way ski area, perched on a sunny plateau. 'Sunny Sauze' (as it's come to be known) is particularly popular with the Brits and it's not a huge surprise as the resort is big on skiing but equally big on nightlife. It's a party town that's made even better due to the legendary skiing and boarding on offer.
As the gateway to some 400km of piste, it's a magnet for skiers and boarders who also like a bit of party action as well as their time on the mountains. It's a fantastic place for intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders thanks to endless cruisy blue runs and nearly 200kms of challenging reds.
At night the resort really comes to life. There's a huge amount of restaurants and bars offering a little bit of everything - live music, DJ sets, dancing, all available late into the night! Come for the mountains and stay for the nightlife.
