All the Neilson staff were very welcoming and really helpful throughout our stay. Emily made sure that everything related to our time on the slopes worked well and helped ensure that we had a great ski experience. Mia and Luca made sure that our time at the hotel was very good. The hotel rooms were lovely, the food in the restaurant was good and the team worked hard to meet all dietary needs.
The snow conditions when we were there where fantastic. Beautiful crisp snow and blue skies on 4 days. The equipment hire recommended by Neilson was excellent and the slope side lockers the best I have ever had.
Overall a great holiday and we would happily go back again.
