Ski & Snowboard Resorts

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and plentiful - no chance of going hungry! The ski guiding included was a real bonus as it was a great opportunity to find our way around the resort.

Neilson team were amazing - particularly helpful when another guest took my skis. Got it all sorted very easily - good team at the ski hire shop too.
Food good. Location of the chalet a little challenging - technically a ski in / ski out location but it would appear that snow conditions generally make this challenging. The chalet owner is brilliant and can help getting guests to the bottom of the chair lift by driving them in his mini-bus.
Sauze has great mountain restaurants at a very reasonable price, which we very much enjoyed.

The travel was brilliant, really smooth check in and transfers. The staff were all amazing - Camilla and Martina were particularly helpful and kind. The mountain was great, loads of choices for different ski difficulty. The food was also great and the evening entertainment was all really enjoyable. My only negative feedback is that I chose to have ski lessons and this meant I couldn’t do any of the guided ski groups because the times clashed. Also the hairdryers in the hotel are terrible!!
