Rooms were good size and perfect temperature, bed was comfortable. Bar area has lovely fireplace and several board games, at busy times of the evening there often were not enough seats but we were staying at New Year so the hotel was at capacity. Staff and dining table service excellent, good system allocating table for the week and each morning the evening menu was on the table to select choices which was fun. Heated boot warmers were great. The staff gave us a tip to ski back to opposite the hotel and there is a short walk up hill each morning, then able to get onto the piste - which was brilliant for the more competent skiers in our group. The others walked up to the lifts which is about a 10 min walk. Buses are not that frequent.
Good menu choice but we thought the food was pretty average, a bit disappointing there was not a bit more flare for New Years Eve, just standard menu.
The pictures showed there was a pool table and table football - these were not present during our stay which was a bit disappointing for the teenagers in our group.
The pillows are 'square' a couple of people in our family struggled to get comfy at night with them, they didn't bother me.
Overall we had a really good stay but we wouldn't return in the future.
