All activities were very well organised. The beach area in particular was well run, with easy access to all the watersports equipment. I really enjoyed the dinghy sailing coaching sessions in particular. The included wakeboard sessions were a nice touch too.
My daughter loved the Sharksters Kids Club. The activities were varied and interesting for her, but it was easy to sign her in and out so we could have family time too. Many thanks to Lorna in particular who was great with her.
The food was really excellent, with a great variety of buffet options, and delicious desserts! The restaurant staff were all friendly and yet super efficient.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with aircon, and cleaned daily.
Finally, all of Neilson staff were simply excellent, and really made our holiday. Everyone was so kind and helpful, Special thanks to Jodie who welcomed us at the airport, and was great when our flight was delayed on the return home.
