This was our first Nielson holiday and it all went smoothly from start to finish. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent with plenty of choice at every meal.
The staff at the hotel were all great and the activities team were very helpful and knowledgeable. The mountain bikes were good quality and it was good to see them checked each time before we took them out. It was really useful to have the routes available on Strava and we had some great rides using them.
We were at Mar Menor when a large storm hit the area and I have to say that the Nielson team were all amazing and did everything they could to keep disruption to a minimum. Guests were kept informed of progress in getting activities up and running again and the staff team did a great job of keeping guests occupied for a couple of days - the pool Olympics was particularly memorable! Everyone remained in high spirits during what must have been a difficult few days for them and they should be given credit for that.
We'd like to say a big thank you to the whole team for helping us to have a great first holiday with Nielson.
