Our holidays include over 25 activities

Neilson staff, activities and all the equipment was fantastic as always.
However, the food was not great and the accommodation basic.
The food was not very good quality and there was not a great variety.
The restaurant felt like a canteen. The bases of the tables were filthy and had obviously not been cleaned for weeks.
Nothing like our previous Neilson experiences in other resorts.

Need more capacity for organised activities.
No pickleball lessons. Pickleball introduction on day 3
Difficult to book onto group rides until day 4
Quality of activity staff varied - Neil and Steph on bikes very good, but others a bit disinterested.
