Our holidays include over 25 activities

Great time had by all of our party, 5 members especially my grandson who didn’t stop exploring, investigating and trying new games and activities. I’m so glad he needed a sleep most afternoons allowing us older ones to recharge our batteries. So much to do and kind and considerate staff to help. Thank you.see you next year.
Must mention Lizzie, one of the welcoming team cos she told me to ! Also she was kind , considerate and very helpful coping with wheelchair guest who struggled with the travelling.

Visited Alana beach club last week. The flight out was early! But it means arriving in the sun and at the hotel before lunch. Greeted with a choice of drinks and shortly into a delicious meal before checking in to our room and getting settled. Usual Neilson welcome meeting and booking activities, improved this year by an on line planner which is kept up to date through the week.
Our room was not large but it had everything we needed, a food selection of temple spa toiletries provided, clean towels most days and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and plenty of sockets!
Enjoyed yoga everyday, several spin classes, mountain and e-bike rides and walked out through the national park. The pool areas and bar and great places to relax and we mostly found a sun bed when we wanted one.
Enjoyed spa treatments (body scrub for me and massage for him) the spa team were lovely.
Included meals offered a good choice, plenty being cooked to order, always a huge salad bar and pizza at lunch time. Vege options available and some great additions for vegan choices with smoothies, smashed avocado and chia pudding at breakfast.
Many things we didn’t try in just a week so we will just have to go back again!

A fantastic base for so many activities, I was lucky enough to do my level 1 Dingy sailing and the instructors were excellent. My wife and I both enjoyed paddle boarding and the use of the kayaks, we didn't use the mountain bikes but my wife did join in with both the tennis and exercise classes. Instructors for all the activities are excellent and so is the equipment provided. All in all a great holiday.
