Sara Davies brings entrepreneurial drive and infectious enthusiasm. Fred Sirieix delivers his trademark warmth and hospitality know-how. And Mark Petchey adds elite sporting insight from the very top of the tennis world. Together, they work alongside our teams to share their expertise, shape our programmes and help us raise the bar year after year.

Sara Davies
Chief Customer AMBASSADOR
Entrepreneur and TV presenter Sara Davies joined Neilson in 2026 as our Chief Customer Ambassador, bringing her boundless energy and love of active living to the Neilson family.
A passionate advocate for making the most of every moment, Sara perfectly embodies our Good Energy ethos — encouraging people to try something new, build confidence and enjoy quality time together. Whether it’s on the slopes, on the water, or simply soaking up time with family, she believes in saying yes to the experience.
Sara began her role with a family trip to our newest ski hotel in Val d’Isère, immersing herself in the full Neilson experience and experiencing first-hand the atmosphere, encouragement and sense of achievement that define a Neilson holiday.
Fred Sirieix
Good Energy Officer
When we set out to find the perfect ambassador to embody our Good Energy mantra, Fred Sirieix was the natural choice. His upbeat personality, passion for travel and love of staying active made him a perfect fit, and we were delighted to welcome him in August 2023 as our very own Good Energy Officer (GEO).
Fred has built his career around delivering world-class customer experiences. He shares our belief that the little details make the biggest difference and that exceptional service turns a great holiday into an unforgettable one.
As GEO, Fred visits our Beach Clubs to experience it all first-hand, cheering guests on as they dive into everything from watersports to wellness. An advocate for living life to the fullest, Fred perfectly captures the active, outdoor spirit that defines a Neilson holiday, embracing every challenge with energy, encouragement and a big smile.
Mark Petchey
Racket Sports Ambassador
Mark joined the Neilson team as our Racket Sports Ambassador in 2016. Over his career, he has worked with some of Britain’s biggest tennis talents, including Andy Murray and, more recently, US Open champion Emma Raducanu, while also bringing expert insight to audiences worldwide as a respected broadcaster.
At Neilson, Mark helps shape our tennis programme and works closely with our coaching teams across all resorts, ensuring we deliver expert instruction in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced player, the goal is simple: build confidence, improve your game and enjoy every minute on court.
The result is a tennis experience that encourages participation at every level — helping guests leave the court playing better, feeling more confident, and inspired to keep improving long after their holiday ends.
