Our exclusive Neilson Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels are set in some of the best ski resorts in Europe – from high-altitude favourites in France to Italian classics and the snowy peaks of Andorra. Every property is run exclusively by Neilson, with our trademark seamless service, convenient locations, and a warm, laid-back feel.
All hotels include free ski guiding and coaching, fantastic meals, relaxed bars, and a choice of room types to suit your group. Choose a smaller chalet hotel for a more intimate atmosphere (and wine with dinner), or one of our larger hotels with added extras like wellness facilities and Neilson-run kids’ clubs. Wherever you stay, you're in expert hands from first lift to last drink.
Neilson-run kids' clubs
Happy kids, happy parents. That’s why we offer a range of kids’ clubs for children aged 4 months to 12 years at selected Neilson Mountain Collection hotels. We know that for many families, ski holidays with childcare aren’t just helpful – they’re essential.
You’ll find our Neilson-run kids’ clubs at Hotel Del Clos in Andorra, Hotel Le Menuire & Spa in Les Menuires, and Hotel Ducs de Savoie in Val d’Isère.
From private nanny services to evening clubs, you can tailor your childcare around your plans. We’ll make sure your little ones are happy, entertained, and well looked after – giving you the freedom to enjoy your ski time, stress-free. Half-day sessions and flexible drop-ins are available too, on a first-come, first-served basis – so you can pick what works best for you and your family.
Free ski guiding and coaching
Make the most out of your time on the slopes with free on-the-mountain guiding and coaching. Our Neilson Mountain Experts are fully qualified ski and snowboard instructors, local to your resort.
With various guiding and coaching sessions available throughout the week, they’ll take you to the very best spots and give you the advice you need to become a more confident rider.
This is a free service, and is available exclusively to guests staying in any of our Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels.
Family ski holidays and hotels
Families will love our Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels. Spread across top resorts in Andorra, France and Italy, each property is run exclusively by Neilson – meaning you get that extra level of care and consistency, from arrival to après. All hotels are in convenient locations, many at high altitude, and offer larger rooms, giving you and your family the space to truly unwind.
We also include free professional ski coaching, with friendly instructors who’ll help you build confidence on the slopes and get the most out of your time on the mountain.
For families with younger guests, we offer Neilson-run kids’ clubs at three of our most popular hotels: Hotel Del Clos in Andorra, Hotel Le Menuire & Spa in Les Menuires, and Hotel Ducs de Savoie in Val d’Isère. It’s everything you need for a fun, flexible family ski holiday – and all exclusive to Neilson.
Fuel for the slopes
Dining at our Mountain Collection hotels is all about hearty flavours, alpine charm and good vibes. Each morning kicks off with a cooked and continental breakfast spread to fuel your ski day.
When you’re back from the slopes, fresh-baked cakes and biscuits are ready and waiting. Evenings bring a three-course, regionally inspired dinner, finished with freshly brewed coffee.
Over at our chalet-hotels, you’ll get everything above plus complimentary wine with dinner - the perfect way to relax once the skis are off. While, if you’re staying at Hotel Ducs de Savoie or Hotel & Spa Le Savoie in Val d’Isère, you’ll also enjoy inclusive house wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks during dinner.
