Neilson staff so welcoming and friendly, lovely hotel would definitely come back. Ski slopes so great for beginners and intermediate. Food was amazing, healthy, naughty and fresh thank you 🙏

friendly helpful staff,
comfortable room with a lovely powerful hot shower
great having a spa but the jacuzzi was sometimes not hot enough
