Ski & Snowboard Resorts

Everything was very good. Neilson staff were friendly and helpful as usual, great food, nice hotel, good room, friendly other clients, bar & terrace nice, near lift, great skiing area, etc, etc. Happy to stay there and would again. Neilson did everything right. Our sixth or seventh Neilson holiday and happy to continue. Could suggest a large hot water urn in dining room to make coffee/tea-making quicker for so many diners, but thats a minor point.

Really enjoyed the resort and chalet hotel, nelson staff were fab and food was great at the hotel so didn’t feel the need to eat out, overall brilliant skiing holiday will definitely be back to Andorra.

Hotel was everything you want from a good ski hotel, proximity to slopes, comfort, food, and a very nice spa. Made use of in house spa treatment, also excellent. Staff were very helpful and accomodating, nice to have a mixture of French and British staff, often when in large French resorts you can forget you are in France as everyone is British, that said everyone was lovely.
