Had a fabulous holiday. A great team out in Vounaki.

Special thanks to Maia and Joe for fabulous windsurfing tuition - they were encouraging, patient and super teachers.

The water-ski team were great fun and brilliant with the kids.

Sofia, Mimi and Aiden were superb in kids club, they were absolutely brilliant and the kids loved their time with them.

Fantastic activity staff and full of enery with a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting and exploring the surroundings and national parks. The ski team here are fantastic and the best i've experienced and we also loved that we were there during Matt Crowhursts visit. He was a fantastic edition. The resort host Mark is brilliant and great to see James as guest services manager. Thanks to the whole team for a fantastic holiday.

Our primary activities were sailing, water-ski and yoga, and Messini is a good choice for these. The wind was quite light, less than we expected but perhaps normal for May. I imagine the on shore breeze would kick in during the afternoon more if it were sunnier. The yoga area is large, comfortable, shaded and close to the sea with wonderful views. Water ski is good in the mornings when the water is quite flat and the breeze very light. Food was amazing and plentiful. Local restaurants very good and reasonably priced. Car hire very easy - we did our own trip to ancient Messini at a fraction of the excursion cost for our party of 4. The staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful as is our experience on all Neilson holidays. The garden rooms are well spaced from each other, with very well kept gardens. The room itself is quite tight around the beds but perfectly adequate. There's no wardrobe so clothes are mostly visible on the shelving provided. The (obscured) glass door on the bathrooms is a bit quirky. The shower was fantastic though with lots of hot water, quite important on an activity holiday!
