Ski & Snowboard Resorts

Our hotel room was great, bathroom had good toiletries & both were clean. Despite being above the bar we weren’t really disturbed, (action stopped about 10:30pm. Excellent choices at breakfast. Meaty meals very tasty, Vegetarian meals at evening meal could have been better, (sometimes no protein) but no complaints about good fuel for the slopes! Sadly could ski down to the lift but Bruno was a welcome sight to take us back to the hotel at the end of the day. Having the Jakuzzi & Sauna available was lovely. Staff were all exceptionally friendly & helpful & really contributed to a fantastic holiday.

Lovely chalet, fantastic staff. Nice big lounge with plenty of comfy seating and a sunny balcony, a great spot to enjoy homecake cakes, cookies and a cup of tea at the end of the day's skiing. The ski area is great for most standards of skiers and the Neilson guiding service is excellent.

This was our third visit; 2022-23-24. The hotel is well located and we find I offers everything we need as a family of three with a 5 year old daughter. We are really impressed with the kids clubs which offer our daughter great socialising as well as ski school drop off and collection, allowing us to enjoy the mountain safe in the knowledge that our daughter is in great hands. The Neilson staff are all very friendly and highly competent always happy to listen,help or entertain, The mountain experts are great and have taken us on a great variety of guided tours around the mountain and are always entertaining and highly informative. The rooms are generally very good and the restaurant always provides a good selection of well presented tasty food.
