The Neilson Team were perfect from airport arrival to departure. The offerings for the week from hotel, Neilson Mountain Experts (NME) on hand and the food and drink made for a perfect ski holiday for our group of 7 friends. Big shout out for Charlie the Hotel Manager who kept us informed at all times what was available to be enjoyed whilst over-looking her team to ensure we had simply the best of times.

The staff here where very welcoming from the start, smiling faces and an eagerness to help across the team.
We had a nice room with mountain view, as requested, and the bathroom was large with a bath and over bath shower.
Very good food with a Spanish flare. Healthy with a vegetarian choice at dinner each day and a good breakfast with a special choice as well as the usual croissant, fresh bread, eggs, bacon, sausage etc.
Comfortable lounge with bar for apres ski.
