Ski & Snowboard Resorts

Great food and very tasty. Room comfy. All staff were very friendly and helpful….a real joy. Lydia helped me with info on bus to Cadea spa which was greatly appreciated. Ski area was great with lots of fresh snow. Great Apres ski too. 3 of us skied/snowboarded and I’m a non skier so could just buy a pedestrian ski pass to go up in the gondola to cafe. Chalet was in great location for everything. I would recommend Neilson Chalet Casale.

From being greeted by a Neilsen Rep to info provided on bus to chalet, food, ski resort, meals and in house entertainment, my daughter and I were very impressed! Trying to book one with wider family for next year.

We couldn’t fault anything the staff were very helpful and efficient, the food was the best I’ve had from a Neilson chalet holiday especially the afternoon tea and cakes which were varied and delicious. The spa had a great sauna to ease the aches and pains from a hard day skiing. Thank you Neilson’s team. Especially Emily who was patient with nothing being too much trouble!
