Neilson staff in the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. The childcare staff were excellent , our kids couldn't wait to go and have fun with them. The transfer team and the mountain guide tours were brilliant as was the European ski school. All in all, a great time was had and we look forward to returning here and introducing more of our family to neilson and les deux alpes too!
