From real snow indoors to real show outdoors in our mountain resorts, back to indoor and back out to the mountains again—the fun never stops! As partners to the Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead, we’re proud to support year-round participation in snow sports, especially right now as we cheer our Olympic athletes on as they compete in Beijing.
Together with the Snow Centre, we can offer an even more complete snow sports experience. The Snow Centres year-round, indoor skiing and snowboarding experiences perfectly complement our Mountain Collection properties and service in Andorra, France and Italy. We even team up with The Snow Centre to offer group trips.
At The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead, you'll find a huge 160m long and 30m wide real snow slope which boasts the largest indoor ski lesson slope in the UK too. This makes it ideal if you're wanting to try skiing or snowboarding before you commit to buying a holiday to the slopes of Europe.
Go for the full ski holiday experience and enjoy some après in the slope side Schuss Bar or have a mountain-inspired meal in The Lodge while you watch people making their turns from the large windows overlooking the slope.
Whatever your experience, if you're a complete newbie a seasoned pro or anywhere in between, we've got a group lesson to help you learn new skills or perfect old ones. You will be joined by others of the same experience or ability as you, or if you're a beginner you'll be joined by others who've never set foot on the slopes!
Your skis/snowboard, boots and helmet hire are all included in the cost, and you can even hire clothing (jacket, trousers and socks) at The Snow Centre so there's no need to go out and buy anything for your visit.
Can you already ski or snowboard? Come and practice your turns with a Lift Pass on the Main Slope. Equipment is included with all Lift Passes at no extra cost, that's skis, snowboards, boots, poles and helmets! Helmets are mandatory for all slope users.
