Summer 2021 now on sale
We've missed seeing you on our beaches this summer, learning new skills, enjoying your favourite activities or just relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine. So, we're looking forward more than ever to summer 2021. We're excited for you to join us, to enjoy the things you love, truly switch off, and relax as hard as you like at one of our award-winning beachclubs.
Given the understandable uncertainty over future travel, and even though we expect a more normal situation for next summer, we have introduced greater flexibility and holiday security for summer 2021 bookings, just in case we still have Covid-19 to worry about.
We want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. We've been operating for over 40 years now and we are in control of all aspects of delivery. This means you can count on us to ensure all necessary measures are in place to give you the holiday you deserve, allowing you to have 100% confidence in our enhanced health and safety standards, staff training and operating procedures. We can easily adapt to any ongoing challenges posed by Covid-19 and deliver the best possible customer experience.
You can amend your holiday free of charge up to 14 days before departure, to any alternative Summer 2021 holiday. This allows you the freedom to change your dates and/or resort (you would need to pay the difference if there was an increase in the holiday price).
If you, or a member of your party, is unable to travel due to contracting Covid-19 before departure you will be able to amend your booking free of charge to an alternative date in the 2021 summer season. Please be aware we will need to see evidence, such as a doctor's note, to confirm that your symptoms indicate an infection of Covid-19.
We won't take you to destinations where we know you'll need to self-isolate or quarantine when you get there or when you get back home.
We will only travel to destinations that are exempt from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office's (FCDO) advice against all but essential travel. If the FCDO advice means we cannot operate to your destination we will be in contact to talk through your options - you will be able to amend or cancel your holiday for free.
If we cannot operate your holiday due to Covid-19 restrictions you can choose another holiday or we will provide a full cash refund to you within 14 days.
All of our holidays are protected under the ATOL financial protection scheme. The ATOL scheme is government-backed, so whatever happens, your money is protected.
