Great resort, loved the location, the activities, the food and the Neilson team. The guided road cycling tours were fantastic and led by a great team.

For us the only fly in the ointment was the last minute change to Cagliari airport which came with a 3 hour coach transfer.

Excellent services and staff in resort. Excellent tuition. Slightly run down hotel but ok, food ok with some variety but becomes a bit the same after 2 weeks. Let down by the airlines with travel home arrangements (with a cancelled flight and then an overbooked flight a few days later so delayed twice but Frosty, the Services Manager was amazing throughout and very helpful and especially to help get us a new flight and transfers sorted - nothing was too much trouble for him. Nielson did all they could to help all their affected guests.
All the activities teams were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the kids clubs teams were amazing and looked after our 2 boys of 2 and 5 yo, very well.
