Staff were great, particularly the bike team. The bike kit was of a really good standard. We also enjoyed the new CrossFit box and fitness classes. The Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and the food was top notch. Really enjoyed the range of activities and the whole experience went pretty smoothly (no doubt due to the efforts of the neilson team).
