Had the best time at Hotel Del Clos in Andorra! The staff were all fantastic, especially Juan, the general manager, who went above and beyond to help me when I injured myself and become unwell 🏥💪

The ski activities and evening entertainment were perfect after a long day on the slopes. 🎿🎉 Definitely planning to go back! The kids loved ski school and made so many friends. 👫⛷️

Excellent trip, reasonably priced accommodation of a great standard and a good ski area which is not too far (using lockers by the lifts makes this easy each day). The Neilson team were great particularly Manny, Ethan and Dan. Only slight negative is the very early flight/transfer times!

Very comfortable, hassle free skiing holiday. Attentive staff, easy access to the slopes, good food (although the electric porridge cooker did break down!), and comfortable rooms. My only negatives were the power of the shower (at least on the fifth floor) was a little lacking, and the pillows probably needed a clean or replaced (the linen was fresh and clean, but the pillows themselves had that "other people's head smell"). I'd have no hesitation going there again, but El Tarter (and Grand Valira more generally) doesn't have much to offer the non-skier (for cutesy villages and shopping go to Kitzbühel or Zermatt!).
