We really enjoyed our Neilson holiday to Hotel Del Clos. All went very smoothly and was very well organised. The ski hire shop was really good - knowledgeable, friendly staff who efficiently processed many customers and the hired kit was good quality. The Neilson team was excellent. The only thing is that it would have been helpful to have a member of the team at the top of the gondola on the first morning to orientate the ski school as it was very busy and quite confusing. The hotel was comfortable, warm with a great bar and lounge. The food was generally delicious. Thank you for a great holiday and I would highly recommend.
