Christmas in the mountains feels like stepping into a festive storybook. Snow-dusted chalets, sparkling decorations, lively mountain restaurants and the chance to spot Santa making his way down the pistes.
Our ski resorts each bring their own festive charm. Val d'Isère lights up with seasonal celebrations, Sauze d'Oulx combines Italian hospitality with lively apres-ski, and Andorra adds Christmas markets and plenty of Alpine cheer.
And the best part? Christmas Day is still a full day on the mountain. The lifts are running, the slopes are open and there's plenty of skiing and snowboarding to enjoy, with complimentary sessions from our Neilson Mountain Experts.
Back at your hotel, chalet or chalet hotel, the celebrations continue with festive food, warming drinks and all the familiar Christmas traditions. With flights, transfers, accommodation and meals taken care of, all that's left is to enjoy it.

Christmas at Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude is anything but ordinary. Palm-fringed beaches, warm Indian Ocean waters and a packed programme of activities give the festive season a whole new feel.
There's plenty of festive spirit, too, including Christmas Eve kayak races, live carols and jazz, followed by a Christmas Day family parade, gifts for the kids on the beach, traditional Mauritian games and evening entertainment.
Between the festivities, there's time to paddle board, play tennis, explore the island on two wheels or simply enjoy the pools and beach. Christmas Day brings a special gala dinner, combining local Mauritian flavours with festive favourites, all included for Neilson guests at no extra cost.
And if you're staying for New Year, the celebrations continue with a spectacular fireworks display viewed from the beach.
