If you have children between 4 months and 12 years old, we have a kids' club waiting for them at 3 of our Mountain Collection hotels - Neilson Hotel Del Clos in Andorra and Neilson Hotel Le Menuire & Spa, Neilson Hotel Ducs de Savoie both in France.
Each of the clubs is staffed by our team of experienced, fun-loving nannies. They'll pack their days full of exciting activities and happy experiences to make sure your children come back bursting with stories about their day.
With clubs catering for different age ranges, you can book your little ones in if you're staying in a Neilson Mountain Collection hotel or chalet hotel in that resort, so take a look at the clubs below to find the right one for your child.
Our clubs are really popular and spaces go quickly, so it's worth booking a place before you go. You can organise half days and drop-in sessions locally, but just remember that they're on a first-come-first-served basis.

Snowangels Club
Our crèche offers oodles of fun in a safe and caring space. Your little ones can enjoy singing, dancing, storytime, arts and crafts – all at their own pace. And with daily snowy outings for some fresh mountain air, there’s plenty to keep tiny adventurers smiling.
- Age: 4 months to 2 years
- Times: 9 am - 5 pm, 6 days a week

An evening sleep club for children aged 4 months to 4 years. For 5 to 12-year-olds, we do movies, games, quizzes and more.

Private nanny service
Our bespoke private nanny service is available to anyone staying in a Neilson Mountain Collection hotel, chalet hotel in El Tarter in Andorra.
- Times: Up to 8 hours per day between 8am and 11pm, 6 days per week
- Includes: Ski school pick-up / drop-off service, age-appropriate toys, indoor & outdoor adventures and a healthy lunch
- Cost: £1200 per nanny, per week

Everyone is different. We've been looking after skiers and snowboarders for over 40 years now, and have given advice and support to them all. Some just wanted tips, others needed their hands held all the way. That's what we're here for.
