That's why we have Covid Reassurance for your Summer 2022 booking, to give you greater flexibility and confidence when you book your next Neilson Beachclub holiday.
Your enjoyment is our top priority, and so is your safety. We've been delivering our award-winning holidays for over 40 years now and operated the Summer 2021 season with enhanced Covid-19 health and safety procedures, so you can count on us to give you the holiday you deserve.
For your peace of mind, we have also enhanced the flexibility of our booking conditions:
• Refund guarantee - if we cannot operate, you will receive a full refund
• Covid-19 promise - if you contract Covid-19, or you are required to isolate, you will be able to move your booking to a later date without amendment fees (terms & conditions apply)
• ATOL protection - all our package holidays are financially protected, so your money is safe
If we are unable to operate your holiday due to Covid-19 restrictions – for example, if the FCDO advise against all but essential travel, or due to a destination not allowing UK tourists to enter, you can choose another holiday, or we will provide a full refund to you of all monies paid. We do not issue Refund Credit Notes.
You will be able to amend your booking free of charge to an alternative date in the Summer 2022 season, if:
• You, or a member of your party, are unable to travel due to contracting Covid-19 within 10 days of departure • You, or a member of your party, are required to isolate on your arrival at a destination due to a change in travel requirements • You, or a member of your party, are required to isolate on your return to the UK for longer than the period needed to receive the results from any tests stipulated by the UK Government
All of our package holidays are protected under the ATOL financial protection scheme. The ATOL scheme is government-backed, so whatever happens, your money is protected.
