Breakfast and lunch are included every day, along with four evening meals each week. This flexible dining arrangement offers the best of both worlds: relaxed evenings at the Beach Club and plenty of opportunities to discover the local tavernas and restaurants.

A more grown-up getaway
Adults, families and children
Buca Beach Club has a more grown-up, tranquil feel, making it a great choice for adults and families with older teens aged 15+. The resort has a relaxed, adult-focused atmosphere, with our teen clubs, Wave Riders and TAG, available at next-door Messini Beach Club. Older teens can join many of the adult activity and coaching sessions at Buca, from watersports and cycling to tennis and fitness classes.

The modern design of Buca Beach Club means that most rooms face the pool with a balcony or terrace so you can enjoy the stunning sea view (some rooms look over the back of the Beach Club, across fields towards the mountains).
The rooms (the majority of which are spacious twins or doubles) have a simple, stylish elegance to them and are finished to a very high standard. If you're travelling solo, there are 4 single rooms available without a single supplement. And if you're looking for a touch of luxury, we have a couple of suites.
Each room has air conditioning, a fridge, Nespresso coffee machines, a telephone, a TV, a safe, beach towels and a hairdryer. There's free Wi-Fi in the public areas and most of the rooms.

Local area
Beyond the Beach Club
Step outside Buca Beach Club and you'll know you're in rural Greece, as the immediate area is fairly sleepy. Steeped in history and tradition, there are many places to visit and discover, with lush verdant valleys, endless sandy beaches, hidden coves and sheltered bays, as well as small rural villages set into the slopes of the Taygetus Mountains.

Ancient Messenia
Just 30 minutes from Messini lies the hidden archaeological site of Ancient Messini. Built into the foothills of Mount Ithomi, this fortified city protected the ancient Messenians for centuries. Parts of the original outer walls remain today, complete with lookout towers perched along the ridge. Follow the ruins through olive groves and orchards, or visit the museum to uncover more of ancient Greece’s history.
Costa Navarino Golf Course
This is a world-class waterfront course on a gently sloping hillside. There are two courses including the Dunes course, designed by former Ryder Cup captain and US Masters Champion, Bernhard Langer. It is the first 18-hole signature-designed golf course in Greece. Kalamata
In contrast to Messini’s peaceful surroundings, nearby Kalamata brings a livelier change of pace. Backed by the dramatic Taygetus Mountains and lined with waterfront bars, tavernas and restaurants, the city buzzes day and night. Wander through the old town around the historic Kastro, browse local shops and cafés or catch an open-air performance at the 13th-century Castle of Isabeau.

Good to know
Club board includes daily breakfast and lunch, plus four evening meals per week. The number of inclusive evening meals depends on the number of nights you stay.
- Stay seven nights and get four evening meals.
- Stay 10 or 11 nights and get six evening meals.
When making a booking, we’ll let you know if a local tourist tax may apply. The amount shown in pounds is based on the exchange rate at the time of booking and may change before you travel. Local authorities can also introduce or update tourist taxes without notice. These charges aren’t collected by us and must be paid directly to your hotel.
Activity sessions can be booked at the welcome meetings, including taster windsurfing and dinghy sailing sessions for complete beginners. If you want to water ski or wakeboard, you'll get three inclusive tows (weather conditions permitting and non-transferable). For both 10 and 11-night holidays, evening meals are included for 6 evenings.
