Spending a day afloat is a great way of spending time with your friends. It gives you a common goal and plenty to talk about. In addition when you meet up with other crews in the evenings there are always stories to swap and advice to give and receive.
Planning your routes with other crews gives you the option of rafting up for picnic lunches together and sailing in as close company as you would like. Flotilla holidays are all about setting your own pace and deciding how much you want to mix with other crews. There is complete flexibility to be as involved as you would like to be.

Another great choice for group sailing holidays is to choose one of our fantastic stay and sail holidays.
This is great way to enjoy the full Neilson Holiday experience as the first week is land based but with all of our superb inclusive activities available, including dinghy sailing, windsurfing, mountain biking and so much more. The second week is then spent on flotilla where your party can island hop in our fantastic sailing areas.
Our flotillas are chosen for their beautiful locations and great sailing conditions. You’ll be able to explore the Mediterranean along the north or south coastline of the the Greek Ionian. On flotilla there’ll be hidden beaches, secluded coves and clear, blue water on view from the deck.
Start every day looking forward to a new destination, you'll be sailing with a bunch of other yachts, so it's perfect for groups, having lots of fun socialising with fellow sailors and the Neilson lead crew along the way,
